Zamboanga is a province located at the southwestern part of Mindanao. It has a land area of about 5,600 square miles. It is the 6th most populous province in the country and the 3rd largest in terms of land area. Other names include Ciudad Latina de Asia and Sardinas Capital del Filipinas.
